July 14, 2008 (Houston, TX) Infinity Energy Capital, LLC has acquired an interest in Houston based Cox Consulting. This is Infinity’s first portfolio company acquisition. “We were looking to expand our advisory services capabilities,” Infinity’s Principal, Chuck Watson, said. “We are very pleased to add Cox Consulting and its Principal, Rob Cox, to our arsenal. Our client’s will be very well served by this move”, Watson added. “This move opens up new avenues for Cox Consulting and expands the services available to Infinity’s clients,” Cox was quoted as saying. “It is truly win-win.”
